The Palestinian leadership remains consistent in its opposition to any peace between Arabs and Israel as the leaders of Palestinian factions hold a meeting today via video conference to discuss ways of thwarting Israeli and US “conspiracies” against the Palestinians and the recent normalization agreement between Israel and the United Arab Emirates. The meeting will be held under the chairmanship of Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas in his capacity as chairman of the ruling Fatah faction.
