NEWTON, Mass. — November 3, 2026 — Christians and Jews United for Israel (CJUI) hosted its 20th Annual Genesis Awards on Sunday, October 25, 2026, at American Legion Nonantum Post 440 in Newton, Massachusetts. The special afternoon honored acclaimed filmmaker, author, and educator Gloria Z. Marking two decades of the Genesis Awards, the event recognized the importance of strengthening Christian-Jewish relationships and honoring individuals whose work advances truth, understanding, and support for Israel and the Jewish people. CJUI was honored to present Greenfield with the 2026 Genesis Award in recognition of her documentary filmmaking, educational work, and public advocacy confronting antisemitism and defending the legitimacy of the Jewish state.
Honoring Gloria Z. Greenfield
Through films and educational initiatives, Greenfield has addressed the persistence of antisemitism and the challenges facing the Jewish people and the State of Israel. Her work invites audiences to examine the ideas, rhetoric, and historical patterns that shape contemporary hostility toward Jews and Israel.
The centerpiece of this year’s program was the Massachusetts premiere of A Collective Descent into Evil: The Lethal Obsession with Jews and the Jewish State. The documentary examines the enduring phenomenon of antisemitism and the ideological hostility directed toward the Jewish people and their national homeland.

Two Decades of Christian-Jewish Partnership
For 20 years, the Genesis Awards have highlighted the vital role of principled friendship between Christians and Jews. That partnership is grounded in mutual respect, a commitment to confronting antisemitism, and recognition of the Jewish people’s historic and ongoing connection to the Land of Israel.
CJUI is grateful to the Committee for Accuracy in Middle East Reporting and Analysis (CAMERA) for co-sponsoring the 20th Annual Genesis Awards and for its work promoting accuracy and responsible reporting on Israel and the Middle East.
The program took place at American Legion Nonantum Post 440, 295 California Street, Newton, Massachusetts. Kosher refreshments were served.
Continuing the Work
The 20th Annual Genesis Awards served as an opportunity to recognize meaningful contributions and renew the work ahead. CJUI remains committed to building bridges between Christian and Jewish communities, challenging antisemitism wherever it appears, and standing with Israel and the Jewish people.
